The first spotlights legendary shaper Terry Senate explaining his design theories of his famed thruster, the  Hook Rail, circa 1980. For a limited time Infinity is again offering this design, using the original template and shaped by the man himself!

The second clip showcases Infinity shaper Dan Boehne charging hard on one of his own designs.

The crew at Chemistry aren’t afraid to admit they like it raw. So raw in fact they shun the typical editing routine and instead prefer a background of beats. The music is by Chromeo, the maddess is by teamriders Chris Abad, Will Smith, Wally Puha, Scotty Hammonds and Mike Losness, the sets are compliments of Bucaneers in O’side.

The 13th Annual Surf for the Sea contest was held at the Oceanside Pier this past weekend, in loving memory of the late Harry Bennett, Steve Leighton, Tore Bonura, Chuck “Clubber” Hundley, Banning Capps, Court Overin, John Craven, Midget Smith and most recently Casey Williams. As a memorial event benefiting San Diego chapters of the Surfrider Foundation, over 180 competitors came out and gave it their all for the worthy cause. Big standouts were Chemistry Surf Shopboys Chris Abad who won the event, and shaper Jason Bennett who placed second.

There’s not a whole lot of small happening at Real Surf in Oceanside. In fact, if the action isn’t huge it ain’t happening. From merchandise to sales to performance boards it’s all about shock value.

Surf & Adventure Co., everyone’s favorite Sandbridge, VA, surf shop, wants to give a major shout out to team rider Forrest Roberts for his Junior Shortboard division win and third place finish in the Open Shortboard division this past weekend at the ESA contest in Hatteras.
